Groundhog Day has come one day early for the Arkansas GOP, with once again a Republican member of the Arkansas legislature being caught up in a controversy about racial statements. According to The Huffington Post a video has surfaced of Arkansas GOP state Senator Jason Rapert in which he says he will not allow "minorities to run roughshod over what you people believe in."
