Rep. Amanda Hemmingsen-Jaeger is a forensic scientist and current Minnesota House member representing south Maplewood and Woodbury. This November, she’s running in a special election to protect a key seat in the Minnesota Senate and ensure Democrats retain their slim majority in the chamber.
