Andrew Learned

Representative Andrew Learned is a navy veteran, owner of a local tutoring center, and proud Florida native. Andrew has always served his community and country — both at home and overseas. He has worked tirelessly in the legislature to expand access to medical marijuana, help local schools, and create jobs for Florida’s veterans. Andrew is ready to return to the legislature to continue helping his fellow Democrats counter GOP extremism and build a better future for all of Florida.
