Chris Sainato

Representative Chris Sainato has served his home district in the House since 1995. He’s attended thousands of community events to support local causes and has proudly never missed a vote on the House floor. Chris continues to lead the way on veterans’ issues and the needs of all Pennsylvanians, both as a representative and as the Democratic chair of the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee.

• Authored legislation to expand funding for the Veterans’ Trust Fund
• Sponsored and supported legislation providing fee waivers for small businesses to help provide relief during the pandemic
• Worked to pass $50 million in hazard pay grants for frontline workers
• Advocated to expand PACE prescription drug reform, helping seniors cover the cost of prescription drugs
