Rep. Hal Rafter is a housing advocate running for reelection to the New Hampshire House to defend the seat he flipped in a 2023 special election. Hal initially ran for office to help build a Democratic majority with the power to defend Granite Staters’ personal freedoms from extremist attacks. Today, rights like voting, privacy, and abortion are still at risk in New Hampshire, and Hal is committed to defending them.
