Serving four terms in the House himself, Howard has been a force for equality in his home state by chairing and serving on influential committees and fighting alongside his Democratic colleagues against GOP extremism. He is excited to return to the House to increase education funding, defend voting rights, and expand access to more affordable health care throughout North Carolina.
