Kathy Klausmeier

Senator Kathy Klausmeier grew up and raised her family in Baltimore County. Driven to improve the lives of children, Kathy worked as a child-life coordinator in the Pediatric Department of St. Joseph Medical Center for thirty years. For almost two decades, Kathy has been a proven leader in the Senate by improving public education, prioritizing public safety, and working to combat the opioid epidemic. Kathy is ready to return to the Senate and continue fighting for a better Maryland.
