Matt Claman

Representative Matt Claman is a licensed EMT, wilderness guide, father, and has more than thirty years of experience as a lawyer representing local businesses and everyday Alaskans. The former acting Mayor of Anchorage, he has served in the legislature since 2015, where he has worked to expand access to reproductive health care, help rural economies flourish, and protect public education budgets. Matt is ready to join the Senate to continue enacting common-sense solutions for Alaska.
