About Tom

Tom Keen dedicated twenty-one years to serving his country in the U.S. Navy, where he cultivated his core values of honor, courage, and commitment. Now as Florida Republicans work to strip hard-won rights from his community, Tom is running for the state House in a January special election to fight for their freedoms once again. He believes that banning books is an affront to free speech, that LGBTQ+ Floridians deserve to feel safe and welcome in their own state, and that access to abortion is a right that must be protected and expanded. Tom’s ready to get to Tallahassee so he can stand up for Florida’s future.
