Reservations (August 7)
The DLCC will provide one complimentary night (September 10) for each legislator participant. We cannot guarantee access to additional hotel rooms in the DLCC’s room block for guests, and DLCC meetings are not intended for legislative or political staff unless specifically invited. The DLCC expects that all legislators will attend the entire meeting, as outlined in the agenda unless otherwise noted during registration.

Complete the registration form by 5 p.m. ET on August 7 to guarantee your room reservation. After this date, our room count cannot be guaranteed. DLCC staff will make a reservation for you and provide you with a confirmation number prior to the event. Any cancellations must be received by August 7.

***Please note some states restrict or limit the circumstances under which legislators may accept food, beverages, lodging, travel, or other things of value from certain sources. Many states also create exemptions for events like this. Before accepting anything of value at a DLCC event, we advise that you verify with an ethics official in your state that you may do so.***

Travel Costs:
The DLCC does not cover the cost of travel to the meeting.

Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) – 13.5 miles

Transportation from the Airport:

• Rental Cars: In the Santa Fe Airport terminal you can find Hertz and AVIS car rental.
• Rideshare and Taxis: Uber and Lyft service SAF. To schedule a taxi please see the airport’s transportation page for more information.

Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ): 66 miles

Transportation from the Airport:

• Rental Cars: The Sunport Car Rental Center is located at 3400 University SE. There is a free shuttle between the terminal and the center 24 hours a day. The center features most major rental car companies.
• Rideshare: Uber and Lyft both service ABQ. The pickup location is outside Door 7.
• Taxis: Taxis are located on the baggage claim level outside Door 2.
• Shuttles: Groome Transportation offers scheduled transportation from the airport directly to the hotel. Visit their website for cost and booking information.
• Train: The NM Rail Runner Express travels from Santa Fe to Albuquerque with bus service to and from the airport. Visit the purchasing website to purchase a Zone 5 ticket and view the schedule.
• Car Share: Please visit Turo or Getaround for car availability and pricing information.
