The DLCC is committed to protecting your privacy. The following Privacy Policy explains how www.dlcc.org (the “Site”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you, when you access or use our websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications that link to this Privacy Policy.

We may update our Privacy Policy in the future; in that case, we will post the changes to our Privacy Policy on the Site and update the effective date to reflect the date of the changes. If you use the Site after we post any changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Site to stay informed about our information practices.

You do not have to identify yourself or provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (“Personal Information”) to use the Site.

You may change your subscriber information or change your information, at any time by clicking here. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Subscribers to our email list may opt-out of their subscriptions via a link at the bottom of each email sent from www.dlcc.org. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account.

Children’s Privacy Statement

To help ensure the safety and privacy of children, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information through the Site. The Site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13, and we have designed it to block our knowing acceptance of information from children under 13 whenever age-related information is requested.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of 13 as part of the Site, we will delete such information from our records.

Security
