Tarah Probst was born and raised in East Stroudsburg, later becoming her hometown’s first woman mayor. While in office, Tarah has always strived toward positive change and economic growth, working hard to make Stroudsburg a better place to live, work, and visit. She will take her hard work, dedication, and leadership experience to Harrisburg to serve the people of HD-189 and all of Pennsylvania.
