For Sponsors, rooms are $419/night plus taxes and a daily resort fee of $20.

The DLCC does not cover the cost of travel for event attendees.

Please consult the airport’s transportation page for information on getting to and from the airport. Complimentary self-parking is available at the hotel.
At times, Ubers and Lyfts traveling from Park City to the Salt Lake City airport are extremely limited due to weather. The DLCC suggests researching alternate transportation options, especially for early morning flights.

A: The DLCC will provide up to 2 complimentary nights (January 31 & February 1) at the venue hotel. Please indicate your hotel needs in the registration form.

A: The DLCC will make your hotel reservation for you and send you your confirmation code prior to the event. Please contact the hotel at 435-649-7000 to update your reservation with your credit card number. Rooms at the DoubleTree are $419/night plus taxes and fees.
Q: Is it possible to extend my hotel stay?
A: Extended reservations will be subject to hotel availability, and market rates may apply. Legislators and Sponsors should note their extension requests when they register.

A: Guests are welcome at the Sundance Experience Event. Please indicate on the registration form if you are bringing a guest and their name.

Q: What is the dress code?
Casual and weather-appropriate attire is appropriate for this event. Snow is always expected, and the temperature will likely be low 30s during the day and the 20s at night.
Q: Will there be skiing?
We will have skiing at the event. Each attendee and registered guest who signed up to ski will have access to one complimentary lift ticket for the Saturday ski outing. Registered skiers can pick up their lift tickets from registration on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Additional lift tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: How do I see movies?
The DLCC has pre-purchased tickets to screenings during the festival for our group. We will update attendees on ticket pick-up and availability closer to the event.
Q: When will I receive detailed information and briefing materials for this event?
A: A full briefing memo and other materials will be emailed to attendees five business days prior to the event.
Q: Is this meeting open to the press?
A: This is an invitation-only meeting. It is off-the-record and closed to the press. We ask that attendees refrain from recording sessions to ensure the privacy of our events.
Q: What is the DLCC’s social media policy?
A: Some of the information provided in our policy sessions is confidential. We ask that you please refrain from posting on social media about these sessions. You are welcome to do so for any keynote speeches throughout the meeting. Please refrain from video recording during the meeting.
Q: What is the DLCC’s harassment policy?
A: Attendees are expected to exercise common sense in their personal interactions: they should extend common courtesy and mutual respect to fellow attendees and staff members as well as respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. The DLCC reserves the right to revoke the attendance and badge of any attendee not in compliance with this policy. Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest member of DLCC staff so that the matter can be addressed.
