Alicia Rule

Representative Alicia Rule — a fifth-generation Whatcom County resident — has a deep connection to her community, having dedicated her professional career as a mental health care provider and helping local schools support their students. In the House, she has been a relentless advocate for improved public schools, access to quality health care, and protecting Washington’s farmers and ranchers. Alicia is excited to return to the legislature to continue fighting for her community and all of Washington.
