Representative April Berg is a former small business owner, former school board member, and fearless trailblazer. April has broken barriers her whole life as the first Black student body president at Oregon State and now the first Black woman to represent her district in Washington. April is excited to return to the legislature and continue utilizing her education and small business background to fight for better public education and economic success for all Washingtonians.
