Chardale Murray

Representative Chardale Murray, who was born and raised in South Carolina’s lowcountry, is fighting to better the lives of her neighbors and community. Chardale — an educator, small business owner, and local public servant — was first elected to the state legislature in 2020. She has advocated for increased access to good-paying jobs, affordable health care, and improvements to local infrastructure —  including improved roads and faster broadband internet.

• Working to provide income tax credits to incentivize broadband companies to lower the cost of remote learning for families who need internet access
• Advocating for voting rights and expanded voter registration
