As a 35-year resident of the Upper Valley and chair of his local planning board, David Fracht is well aware of the area’s housing shortage and other major issues facing district residents. In the legislature, he wants to encourage the development of more affordable units while still prioritizing the preservation of New Hampshire’s natural environment.
