Kathy Tran

Kathy Tran and her family came to America as refugees when she was just seven months old. As a delegate, she has worked to expand opportunities for all Virginians by pursuing legislation to expand access to health care, strengthen public education, help working families, and advance reproductive rights.

• Education expert who served as an officer at her local PTA and on the board of directors at her children’s preschool
