Delegate Kayla Young is the proud descendant of West Virginia coal miners and a fierce advocate for improving her community. Kayla, a working mother, is committed to reforming education funding, expanding paid family leave, and ensuring that every West Virginian family has the resources they need to get ahead. She is excited to return to the House to continue fighting against GOP extremism and building a better future for all West Virginians.
