About Lily

Lily Franklin has spent most of her life in the mountains of Southwest Virginia, an area she is now running to represent in the state House’s new 41st district. As former chief of staff for Delegate Sam Rasoul, Lily wrote legislation that created a grant program for local farmers and worked to limit the amount of "forever" chemicals in the drinking water. Lily will bring considerable experience to the job on day one.
