Terra Costa Howard

Representative Terra Costa Howard is a proud mother, small business owner, and successful lawyer. Working in Dupont County’s Public Defender's Office and serving two terms as a local school board member, Terra has spent her career fighting for children, students, and people in need. Terra is excited to return to the House to work towards better public schools, an economy that works for everyone, and protected reproductive rights.
