Tiara Mays-Sims is running for the Iowa House with a chance to flip her district and become the first Black woman to ever represent HD-43. Tiara is a champion for Iowa’s most vulnerable populations, both professionally working with a managed care organization, and personally as a parent to a child with autism. By advocating for the LGBTQ+ community, public schools, and women’s right to bodily autonomy, Tiara is ready to help get her state back on the path to prosperity for generations to come.
