Tom Sullivan’s life turned upside down on July 20, 2012, when his son Alex was among the twelve shot and killed inside the Century Theater in Aurora, Colorado. Since that moment, Tom — a U.S. Air Force veteran and long-time postal worker — has walked a path of advocacy, using his two terms in the state legislature to fight for common-sense gun reform and the rights of Colorado workers. Tom continues to serve his son’s legacy and advocate for the rights and safety of all Coloradans.
