Rep. Wendy Thomas is a small business owner and community advocate running for reelection to the New Hampshire House to protect a key competitive district. When Wendy was diagnosed with breast cancer, her blood tests showed dangerous levels of industrial compounds that were found contaminating local water sources. Wendy soon became known as a “Water Warrior” for her work to protect her friends and neighbors from polluters putting everyone in danger. Now, as a state legislator, Wendy is at the forefront of efforts to preserve New Hampshire’s natural resources, increase access to affordable health care, and improve public schools.
