WASHINGTON — Democrat Hubert Delany won a special election yesterday in Connecticut HD-144, a seat that Democrats narrowly flipped in 2014. Delany focused his campaign on investing in education, lowering the cost of living, and revitalizing the economy.
“A public servant through and through, Hubert Delany puts Stamford at the heart of everything he does,” said DLCC President Jessica Post. “Voters can feel confident that he will deliver for the community, helping to support students and teachers, improve affordable housing options, and assist small businesses in recovering from the pandemic.
